13. Plugin-specific disclosures
WordPress core
We use WordPress. When visitors leave comments WordPress may collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent to help spam detection. If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. WordPress sets cookies for login, preferences, and session management.
WooCommerce
We use WooCommerce to power our store. During checkout WooCommerce collects information needed to process orders. This includes name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone, payment method, items purchased, and IP address. WooCommerce also uses cookies to keep track of cart contents while you browse. We share necessary order and payment data with our payment processors and shipping providers to complete your order. Store team members can access order information to fulfill, refund, or support. Order records are kept to meet tax and accounting rules.
WooCommerce Tax
We use WooCommerce Tax to calculate taxes automatically. The service may process your IP address and location data and the order total to determine tax rates. Tax calculation logs are retained as part of our order records.
MemberPress
We use MemberPress for memberships and gated content. MemberPress processes account data, plan selections, renewal dates, and transaction IDs. If you enable auto-renewals our payment processor will store your billing authorization and send MemberPress renewal confirmations by secure webhook. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account. We keep membership and transaction records for regulatory and accounting purposes.
TotalPoll
We use TotalPoll for polls. TotalPoll may set a cookie or store a hashed identifier to prevent duplicate votes. It may record your vote, IP address, browser information, and timestamp to ensure poll integrity. If a poll collects optional demographic or contact info, we use it only for the stated poll purpose.
Slider Revolution
Our site uses Slider Revolution to display media. Sliders may load fonts, images, or videos from our server or trusted CDNs. Your browser may request those files directly from the CDN, which lets the CDN see your IP address. No additional personal information is shared by us with the plugin vendor.
Essential Grid
We use Essential Grid to arrange galleries and grids. It may load media from our server or trusted CDNs. Your browser may contact those servers to fetch files and in doing so shares your IP address. We do not provide any other personal information to the plugin vendor.
Email and messaging
If we send order or membership emails through a mail service, that service processes your email address, name, and message content to deliver the email and track deliverability. We do not sell this data. Our current provider is [provider name]. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors such as [Stripe] or [PayPal]. We do not store full card numbers. The processor will collect payment details, your device and network information for fraud prevention, and a transaction ID. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card metadata such as the last four digits and card brand.
Anti-spam and security
We may use security and anti-spam tools, which can process IP address, request headers, and activity patterns to detect malicious activity. These logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.
Analytics and cookies
If analytics are enabled, they place cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and performance. You can control analytics in our cookie settings or your browser. See the Cookies section of this policy for more detail.
Your choices with plugins You may block or delete cookies through your browser. Doing so can affect features like carts, member logins, and polls. You can contact us to exercise your regional privacy rights for any data processed through these plugins.
14. Automated decision-making
We may use limited automated processing for fraud checks and analytics. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
15. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@foreverindigorecords.com with your name, account email, and the request you want to make. We may verify your identity before acting.

We may update this Policy. We will update the effective date and, if legally required, notify you and seek consent.
